Mission report

We have recently returned from another trip to frontline areas.
Key mission results:
4 days of work
152 patients examined
70 pairs of glasses distributed
152 bottles of eye drops provided
As non-medical members of the team, we often notice one thing: sometimes, the ophthalmologist begins asking a patient numerous questions the moment they step into the examination room.
This happens even before the optometrist begins the examination, measures intraocular pressure, or checks refraction.

The questions may seem overly detailed and, at times, unrelated to one another.
Over time, we began to understand why.
By observing how a patient enters the room, scans their surroundings, moves, sits down, or squints, the doctor is already assessing potential vision problems. And quite often, these initial observations are confirmed by the examination results.
With best wishes,
Team of CO CF See the Victory.
