The path to recovery

🇺🇦 Sometimes patients come to us in unexpected ways.

Hanna is a military medic. A month ago, she sustained a mine-blast injury that resulted in complicated eye trauma: corneal opacity in both eyes, optic nerve damage, and small fragments remaining in her eye.

We have completed the initial diagnostics, and Hanna will be using eye drops as part of her treatment. Six months of observation lie ahead. Only then will it become clear how best to proceed in order to preserve her eyesight.
