Mobile missions and European recognition!

European Private Hospital Awards (EPHA) is an annual award recognizing the best private healthcare institutions in Europe for their innovation, quality of medical services, and social contribution to healthcare. This year, there were 8 categories and 94 applications.

At the EPHA 2025 awards ceremony, we won first place in the category “Healthcare Resilience and Crisis Management” for our project #MOС — Mobile Ophtalmic Care, operating in frontline areas. We received this award together with the founders of our foundation — the medical centers “Noviy Zir” and “Eximer.”

We are honored to share with you the speech delivered by Maryna Chyrva, co-founder of the See the Victory Foundation and Deputy CEO of the “Eximer” and “Noviy Zir” group of companies. Her words brought the entire audience to their feet:

“Life in Ukraine feels like a different world now.Yet despite all the challenges and dark times — the destruction of infrastructure, ballistic missile attacks, ruined buildings nearby, sleepless nights spent with our children in bomb shelters — we continue to live and to develop private medicine.

This project was born in our hearts as a response to the circumstances.On one hand, we are victims of war — but on the other, we refuse to be victims. For every challenge, we seek solutions and keep fighting. No challenge can frighten us anymore, though we pay a very high price for this strength.And we hope that our experience will never be needed by anyone else…

I thank our entire project team — nurses, doctors, surgeons, administrators. This prize belongs to all of you! And of course, thank you to every European who believes in us, supports us, and stands with Ukraine. Your support inspires us!

And finally…

 I believe that one day, we will hold this ceremony in the heart of a peaceful Kyiv.”
