📌 Vision problems are not just about discomfort but also about risks on the battlefield. There are situations where a soldier might mistakenly identify a comrade as an enemy, where navigating a combat mission at dusk or dawn requires holding onto a comrade's shoulder bag, or where an imperceptible grain of sand in the eye can cause vision loss.

Often, when our doctors are on missions, they hear statements like: "There are no doctors here, where should I go?" or "I didn't know I should have gotten checked..." Timely check-ups can save your eyesight, and thus your life.

To address this problem, we have created a mobile ophthalmological care project. It provides vision checkups and treatment near frontline areas, free of charge for both military personnel and civilians. We bring doctors, equipment, and medicines to places where they are not readily available. Our team conducts examinations, provides medicines and glasses, all at no cost.

Mobile ophthalmological care is a diagnostic approach that prevents chronic and irreversible vision changes. Our team understands the critical importance of this service, which is why the foundation has launched a fundraiser on the dobro.ua platform to purchase equipment that will make our missions even more efficient.
