Gratitude is at every step

We often communicate with patients after their surgeries. They express their greatest appreciation to the doctor who restored their vision.

However, the patients are equally grateful to those who assisted during the operations, helped with the documentation, supported them, and were by their side. It covers not only medical personnel.

Even the smallest help—a word, a gesture, a presence—can be a huge support on the way to recovery.

And these people need to know that their work is recognized. It is appreciated, even if there is not always a verbal “thank you.”
